1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup plus 2 tbsp peach preserves
6 garlic cloves smashed
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp mustard powder
3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Kosher salt

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Take off heat and let cool.
