1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 green onions, diced
1 lb. bacon
1 bunch Romaine lettuce
1 small head cauliflower

Directions:
Directions:
Dice bacon into small ½ inch pieces. In 10-inch skillet, fry bacon until crispy, drain and cool on paper towels. Set aside. In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, Parmesan cheese, onion and bacon, cover and refrigerate. Wash and cut lettuce and cauliflower into bite size pieces, put into large serving bowl, cover and refrigerate. Just before serving pour dressing over lettuce and cauliflower. Mix well and serve. Makes about 10 to 12 servings.
