2c. flour
1tsp. baking powder
1tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1tsp. vanilla
1c. sour cream
2c. shopped apples
1/2c. chopped nuts
1/2c. brown sugar

Sift: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Cream: sugar, shortening, eggs, vanilla
Add flour mix, alternating with your 1c. sour cream
Add apples and nuts
Spread in greased pan
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
