3-4 lb beef chuck roast
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c white vinegar
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from beef roast. In 12x8 (2-qt) glass baking dish or large resealable food storage plastic bag, combine all ingredients except meat. Mix well. Add roast; turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning once or twice to marinate.Heat gas grill or charcoal grill. Place roast on gas grill over medium-low heat or on charcoal grill 4-6" from medium low coals Cover grill; cook 50-75 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once and basting with reserved marinade during last 15 minutes of cooking time. Discard any remaining marinade.
