4 lb. country style ribs
1 T. butter
1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. chili sauce
2 T.. brown sugar
2 T. onion chopped
1 T.. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. mustard
1 tsp.. celery seed
1/4 tsp.. salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 lemon sliced
1 T.. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place country ribs in deep pot, cover with salted water and boil for about 1 hour with lid partially covering pan until done.
Drain ribs.
While ribs are cooking prepare sauce:.
Combine butter and garlic in saucepan, cook 5 minutes.
Add ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, onion, worcestershire, mustard, celery seed, salt, hot pepper, lemon slices and vinegar.
Cook sauce 20 minutes.
Place drained ribs in 9x12 pan and cover with sauce.
Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
