2 lbs. pork spare ribs, cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths
1 can (#2 lb. size) pineapple chunks
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 10 sections
1 medium sweet onion, cut into 8 sections
1 piece fresh garlic
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp.. cooking oil
1 tsp.soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat, flour and salt into paper bag. Shake until each piece of meat is lightly coated.
Heat oil in heavy skillet. When hot put in garlic and meat. Brown over medium high flame.
Pour juice from canned pineapple, soy sauce and 1/2 c. hot water over meat. Cover and simmer over low flame for 15-18 minutes, turning meat while cooking.
Add bell pepper and onion sections, pineapple chunks, stir, cover on simmer 7-8 minutes. Turn and stir once or twice during this cooking period. Add more water if needed.
To thicken gravy add corn starch or flour at end of cooking period.
