Peppers, onions, mushrooms, powdered eggs, Parmesan cheese, powdered milk, salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice, dehydrate and store the following:
4 c peppers (mix of red, green and yellow is nice)
4 c mushrooms
1 c green onions
12 Roma tomatoes
Pack powdered eggs (24), milk powder for 3/4 c milk, Parmesan cheese

For breakfast:
Rehydrate the vegetables
Reconstitute eggs and milk, combine with rehydrated vegetables
Ladle mixture into greased frying pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste
You can cook it flat like an omelette or scramble it.
