Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
1 - 8 oz. cool whip
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 Box - confectioner's sugar
2 Pkgs. frozen coconut

Small can pineapple or orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to box directions

Icing:
FOLD - (do not use mixer) together cool whip, sour cream and
confectioner's sugar. Just until blended - don't overdo or it will
be too runny.
Ice cake and then put on the coconut

Now - Mama does one of 2 things. She pokes holes in the cake
with a wooden spoon. Then pours a little orange juice or pineapple
juice over the cake before icing it. She says that sometimes she will add
the drained pineapple too.
