1 1/4 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
2 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in eggs and then dry ingredients until blended
Roll into balls and then flatten slightly on cookie sheet or roll out and cut into shapes
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
