Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 racks of baby back ribs
1-2 cups whiskey
1-2 cups apple juice
red pepper flakes
Italian seasonings
salt
pepper
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225º.
Sprinkle ribs with salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, and red pepper flakes then rub into the meat for a minute or two.
Place 1 cup of whiskey and 1 cup of apple juice into a roasting pan, the add the racks of ribs.
Put the roaster in the oven at 225º for 6hrs or until meat is tender enough to fall off the bone. Add more whiskey and apple juice if the pan starts to become dry.
Flip ribs every hour.
Once ribs are cooked slather them in BBQ sauce and place on grill or back in the oven for a few minutes to heat up the sauce. ( I like the grill because it gives them more of a smokey flavor)
