3-4 lbs Boneless Country Style Ribs
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 thinly sliced small onion
½ cup apple juice
16 oz BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 5-6 quart crock pot. Wash meat, cut excess fat and pat dry. Mix all dry seasonings together, and apply to meat, coating evenly. Place ribs in crock pot and pour apple juice evenly over them. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Drain liquids and cover ribs with barbecue sauce. Cook for an additional hour.
