4 lb beef brisket
1 ½ cups beef broth

Rub Ingredients:
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix dry seasonings and apply to brisket. Cook in a 9 x 13 glass baking pan, uncovered, for 1 hour.

Add beef broth to pan. Reduce oven temperature to 300°. Cover pan tightly with foil and cook for an additional 3 hours. Let rest for 30 minutes.
