1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 3/4 c water
1/3 c tomato paste
1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1 container cottage cheese or ricotta
2 c mozzarella cheese
1 package frozen spinach, thawed, drained
1 package lasagne noodles

fry ground beef, onion garlic until cooked, drain
Add water, tomato paste, herbs, pepper simmer on low for 10 min.
Defrost spinach, let cool, blend with cottage or ricotta cheese
Boil lasagna noodles until soft

line lasagna pan with meat filling, add a layer of noodles, add meat mixture, noodles, layer of cheese mixture; alternate layers. Finish with meat mixture, sprinkle mozzarella . Bake on 350, 35 min.
