4-5 large chicken breast, each breast cut into 3 equal sizes
1 large or 2 small lemons, sliced into 1/16 inch pieces, 8-12 pieces
1 large or 2 small onions, sliced into 1/8 inch pieces
1½ c ketchup
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1½ tsp salt
4 dashes of Tabasco or other hot sauce
2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ketchup, Worcestershire, chili, salt, Tabasco, and water in a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Simmer mixture 10-20 minutes.

When the sauce is done, pour 2-3 oz of the mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish to cover bottom. Place cut up chicken in dish and top with cut lemons, then onions.

Pour remaining mixture onto onions, lemon and chicken. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil; place dish in oven and cook 1 hour at 350 F.

My mother-In-Law, Bettie Meyer, created this recipe when she attended college. She uses pork loin but I have found that chicken breast works just as good.
