1/2 lb dark chicken meat, that has been sitting in your sunny kitchen window for a few days (you can use just the chicken bones too)!!!
2,5 cm of ginger, divide into three??? Like this makes a difference.
5 leaves of big napa cabbage - this is only used in North America, you can’t find it fresh in the Philippines.
a HUGE bag of dried fish lips, only found in parts of Asia.
500-750 ml of chicken broth or water
2 tbs soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken oil (?), honey, 1 egg (this can be found in your front or back yard - where you keep your chickens)
