1 C. flour
1 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. butter, melted
4-5 C. sliced raw rhubarb
1 C. sugar
1 C. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and butter. Press 3/4 mixture in bottom of a 9x9-inch pan. Cover with sliced rhubarb. In a saucepan mix remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with remaining flour-oatmeal mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until bubbly and
brown.
