10 bread ends (approx. 4 cups) diced
3 Tbsp butter
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp sage
¼ tsp. marjoram
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup boiling water or chicken broth

Directions:
Sauté celery, onion and garlic in butter over med heat about 5 minutes. Add parsley, herbs and pepper; stir. Add liquid and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Fork in bread, cover the pot and let stand for 5 minutes.
