1 Stick (1/4 Cup) Butter, Melted
1 Large Egg
1-1/2 Tsp Salt
5-1/2 Cups of Flour
Filling
1-1/2 Cups Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
1Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Stick Butter (1/2 Cup) Softened

1-1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Warm milk to 105 - 115 degree F, Sprinkle yeast over milk and add 1tsp of the sugar. Whisk to dissolve yeast. Set aside in a warm area until foamy. ( about 8-9 minutes)
Whisk butter, remaining sugar, egg and salt in a large bowl until blended. Whisk in yeast mixture. With mixer on low speed gradually add 5 cups flour, increase speed, add remaining 1/2 cup of flour. Put dough on a lightly floured surface and knead dough for about 5 minutes.
( I use my mixer on the 3rd speed for kneading.) spray a large bowl with Pam spray and add dough. Turn dough to grease top. Cover and let rise until double in size ( about 1 hour).
Mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add butter and stir with a fork until pea size crumbs form, stir in pecans. Mix honey and melted butter until well blended.
Coat a 13x9 baking pan and a 8" round cake pan with Pam spray.
Punch down dough and place on a lightly floured surface. Roll out dough into a 18" square. Brush honey/butter mixture evenly on dough. Put pecan mixture evenly on dough. Roll tightly until roll I'd 24" long. Cut roll crosswise in 16 pieces. Arrange pieces in 13x9 and 8" round pans. Cover with warm towel and let rise until double ( until double.)
Heat oven to 375 degrees F and bake about 35 minutes, until nicely browned.
Mix the glaze together and drizzle over hot buns. Serve warm.
