1 cup sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cups bacon fat
4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup hot water

Add flour to form soft dough, make into ball, and flatten out
Bake 350º 15 minutes
