8 slices rye bread                             
4 slices swiss cheese
1 lb sliced corned beef               
˝ cup thousand island dressing
1 cup well drained sauerkraut        
butter or margarine softened
Directions:
Directions:
Cover each of 4 bread slices with layers of corned beef,
sauerkraut, cheese, thousand island and top with second
slice of bread. Spread outsides of bread with butter. Cook
in skillet on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
