2 # diced cooked chicken breast
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery- chopped
Dressing:
2 cups salad dressing 1 teaspoon mustard
2 Tablespoons sugar Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour dressing on chicken, onion and celery. Stir well. (You may need more or less dressing) Cut 1 cup of red grapes in half and fold into mixture. Serve on croissants or eat with crackers.

My favorite memory with this recipe: When I was in seventh grade, my mom made a gallon of this chicken salad recipe for a week long vacation. At the end of the vacation, I was the only one still eating the now questionable chicken salad.
After all these years, I still enjoy this chicken salad recipe.
