Ingredients:  
1 large green pepper 2 medium onions
4 stalks celery
Chop and wilt in large pot with ½ stick of butter. Have water to cover all vegetables.
Now add:
3 cans Cream of Potato Soup 3 soup cans milk
2 8oz bricks of cream cheese
Stir until cream cheese is melted.
Now add:
2 cans corn- juice and all
2 to 3 lbs peeled shrimp
