16 oz. mushroom caps
1 lb. sausage, browned
4 pieces of bread
8 oz. pkg of finely shredded Longhorn Colby
red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Put the bread in a blender and make crumbs. Put in a bowl. Run sausage through blender until fine. Add to crumbs. Add cheese (probably about 1/2 the package or as desired) to crumbs and mix all together. Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and run a sharp knife around where the stem was to widen stuffing area. Put a drop of red wine in the bottom of each cap. Add sausage filling. Pour another drop of red wine on top of each filled mushroom. Bake at 350 until mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted.
