2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
Vegetable Oil, enough to deep fry
Topping: Sprinkle Confectioners' Sugar as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except confectioners' sugar, beat until smooth.

Heat about 3 inches of oil in pan to 350 (skillet is not recommended unless it is over 5" deep. Fill funnel (with your finger closing off the bottom of the funnel) with mix. When oil has reached 350, remove your finger from funnel bottom and make patterns like a pretzel or swirls. You'll know when you've used enough mix from the funnel. Fry until golden brown, making sure both sides are done.

Use spatula to transfer from pan to a plate and shake confectioners' sugar on top. Eat while hot!!
