Ingredients:  
1 corned beef brisket
1/2 bottle of liquid smoke (Cagin)
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce

Bar B Que Sauce

1 tsp. salt
2 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 catsup
2 tsp. dry mustard
hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket with all ingredients except sauce ingredients in plastic bag and let set overnight. Next day transfer to baking pan covered and bake in 250 degrees in oven for one hour per lb.

Remove from oven and pour off liquid.

In meantime combine all ingredients for sauce in pan and let boil for 15 minutes.

Pour sauce over brisket and cook uncovered for one more hour or until tender. Let set for several minutes and serve with sauce.
