12 ripe tomatoes
2.5 cups white sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1 tsp. each of cinnamon, cloves, and salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatoes and sugar for 1 hour. Add vinegar and spices and boil together until thickens to jam consistency.

Keep in the fridge or process as for canning. Great with cold meat, cheese, in sandwiches etc.
