Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head cabbage - core removed
2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. Minute Rice
1 small onion diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 large can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle of boiling water parboil the cabbage until the leaves are slightly tender. Pull off individual leaves which you will use for the cabbage rolls. Mix hamburger, diced onion and rice together with salt and pepper.

If the leaves are not flexible enough, cut out a portion of the vein or central rib. Place about 2 tbsp. of hamburger/rice mixture in center of leave and roll up. Place the rolls seam side down in a large pot and cover with tomato juice. Cook on medium heat on stove top watching carefully that they don't dry out, until the burger and rice is cooked through. These can also be baked in the oven covered at 300 º until cooked through.
