6 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Boil eggs (Put eggs in a pot of water over high heat and bring to a boil. Once the water is at a rolling boil, turn off the heat and cover with lid. Allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 6 minutes) Rinse with cold water and peel. Cut eggs in half long wise and remove yolks.

Mash yolks with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and salt. Fill half whites. Garnish with a touch of paprika.

I like to top with a slice of jalapeno for extra flavor.
