2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c lemon juice
Zest of one lemon
2 T olive oil
1 T chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp lemon pepper
4 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oil, rosemary, basil and pepper.
Place pork chops in a large plastic bag; pour in marinade, seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and reserve marinade; brush on chops while cooking. Grill over medium coals about 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
