Pork back ribs work best.

Seasonings: Oregano
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of the rack of ribs in order given above.

Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and use cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place ribs on sheet and cover with tin foil. Bake at 350◦ for ½ hour. Remove tin foil cover, turn ribs and bake ½ to ¾ hour more.
Remove ribs and slice into rib-sized pieces. Toss ribs in a mixture of lemon juice and 5-10 drops of Worcestershire sauce.
