Ingredients:
1 3-4 pound Brisket "Flat"
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Kosher salt
ACV
Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the smoker to at least 225º
Inject ACV into the brisket. Coat the brisket with EVO, then apply kosher salt and Montreal steak seasoning.
I use 50/50 beer and water in the water pan.
Use whatever smoking chips you like, I used hickory and cherry recently.
Add smoke chips after about 30 minutes on the smoker. For this recipe, I only smoke once.
After about 3 hours on the smoker, tightly wrap the brisket in heavy duty aluminum foil. Smoke another 2 hours and you should be done. Keep the brisket wrapped in foil, then wrap in a large beach towel and place in a cooler for 2 hours. Serve!
