1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/3 c. raisins
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350º
Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl
Set aside
Combine brown sugar and next 6 ingredients (brown sugar - egg) in large bowl and beat at medium speed until well blended
Stir in oats and raisins and let stand for 5 minutes
Stir in flour mixture
Drop dough by the level Tbsp. 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray
Bake for 10 minutes or more until lightly browned
Let cool on wire racks
