1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 C sifted flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 C sour cream
sugar and cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Add vanilla and beat.
Sift dry ingredients and add creamed mixture alternately with sour cream,
beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Drop by heaping spoonful on well greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mix.
Bake for 10-12 min.
