1 C grated zucchini
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 C butter
1 egg
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 C raisins
1 C chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars.
Add egg and beat well.
Add zucchini and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients, stir in and add raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 375º for 122-15 min.
