3 lb. chicken
1/2 c. butter
1 large onions
1 T. curry powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
Boiling water
1 1/2 c. rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a hot pan, add chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
Add liver and gizzard and cook 10 minutes more.
Add onions, seasonings and boiling water to cover chicken and cook until tender.
Remove chicken and strain broth.
Use broth to make rice, may thicken with flour if desired.
Debone chicken and serve on rice.
