2 c. chicken broth
2 T. flour
2T. butter
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. mushrooms or hard boiled eggs
1 6-oz. or 8-oz. package of potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and add flour until smooth.
Add milk gradually, stirring, until thickened.
Cover bottom of 9" X 13" baking dish with chips, then add chicken and mushrooms or eggs to sauce and pour over.
Cover with 1 1/2 c. chips and bake at 375º until lightly browned.
