1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat, shells picked out
1 C. pepper jack cheese, grated
3/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. Parmesan, grated
1/4 C. green onion, white and green parts, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
salt/pepper

Preheat oven at 325º. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; gently fold in crab. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart dish. Bake 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
