3 large cans of Bruce's Yams
1/2 to 1 cup sugar (depending on taste) I like less sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup plain flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender, Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and 1/2 cup butter, beat with electric mixer until smooth
Spoon into a 2 quart greased shallow casserole Combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter and pecans. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
