3 pounds chicken wings (cut off tips, cut into
half at the joint)
sprinkle with salt and pepper.
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix last 6 ingredients together well. Pour over
chicken wings in a covered baking dish. Place in
the refrigerator and marinate overnight or several
hours, make sure wings are covered in sauce. To
cook, spread out on a cookie sheet 1 inch deep.
Pour sauce over wings. Bake 1 hour at 350
degree, making sure all pieces are covered in
sauce.
