2 cups Warm Water
2 pkgs Dry Yeast
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Oleo
1 Egg
6 1/2 to 7 1/2 cups Flour
1 Egg Yolk
2 tbsp Water
Coarse Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Yeast in water in a large bowl. Add
Sugar, salt and Oleo, egg, and 3 cups flour. Beat
until smooth. Add enough flour to make a stiff
dough. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours.
Turn into 16 equal parts. Roll each part into
pencil shapes about 20" long and shape into
pretzels. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Mix egg yolk and 2 tbsp water. Brush onto
pretzels. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Let rise in a warm place until double in size or
about 25 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15
minutes or until done.
