6 to 8 chops or ribs
¼ cup onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
1 cup ketchup
½ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Mix together and pour over meat in crock pot. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
