Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 packets of ready made croissant pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F
bake the sausages, basting during the cooking
with plenty of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
Sauce.
Allow the sausages to go cold.
Un-wrap the croissant dough cut long thin
triangles of dough so you can wrap the sausage
up, in the traditional croissant shape.
put a sausage on each piece and roll up, Bake in
the oven for about 12 mins, until golden brown.
