1 C. Ketchup
1 TBS. Hot Sauce
1 TBS. Prepared Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Onion Powde
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Crush and finely chop the garlic. Mix everything together in sauce pan and simmer for a few minutes. This sauce is medium hot. It allows you to use it generously and adds a lot of delicious flavor to pulled pork or chicken.
