7 or 8 slices bread
Beat 5 – 6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 quart milk

Grease a Pyrex dish or bowl. Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture into the prepared dish, sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake 1 hour in a 375 degree oven until browned.
