1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour, divided
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. blueberries
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cold butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Mix 2 c. flour with baking powder and salt. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Mix well. Toss blueberries in remaining 1/4 c. flour and fold into batter (discard any flour that doesn't stick to the berries). Spread into a greased 9" baking pan.
For the topping, combine flour, sugars and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the batter
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
