1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/6 cup cold shorting
1/4 cup very cold water
1/3 cup cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour,sugar,butter and shorting first.about 15 seconds in a food processor about pea size. Don't make too smooth or uniform. Then sprinkle in the water, just enough water to make it hold together. Roll the dough out and fit it into the pie pierce the bottom of the crust and fill pie.

bake at 450º for 10 to 12 minutes
