12 oz warm water (110* to 115*)
1 tsp. dry yeast
1 + Tbsp molasses

3 cup bread flour
3/4 cup trail mix
1 Tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dump dry ingredients into the wet, stir it into a dough, cover and let rise.
About 4 hours later check to see if it has risen.
Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and gently roll into a loaf shape, place on a baking sheet and cover with sesame seeds, cornmeal or parchment paper, which is to prevent the dough from sticking to the towel. With a sharp knife make four or five cuts in the top of the loaf.
Cover with a towel and let rise a second time.
Preheat the oven to 425*
About an hour later, take off towel and brush the bread with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and a bit of coarse salt.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
