2 oz. instant coffee
3 2/3 C. sugar
2 C. boiling water
1 vanilla bean, split and cut into small pieces
1 pint cheap, very cheap brandy
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 oz. jar of instant coffee with sugar. Dissolve in 2 C. boiling water. Cool. Add vanilla bean pieces. Add the brandy. Bottle, cork and let stand for 30 days.
