1 bottle Nioirat Concentrate Imitation Yellow Genepy Liqueur

Directions:
Boil sugar and water into a syrup. Pour sugar syrup into a quart bottle. Add contents of Noirat vial. Fill the bottle with vodka. Use the cheapest vodka you can find.
