1 quart clam juice
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup butter
3 cups diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
2 lbs Scallops
1 cup Half & half or milk
1 Tspn Dill
1Tspn Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix clam juice and flour and bring to boil. Remove from heat and cool. Saute butter, onions and celery for 10 minutes. Add onion, celery, scallops, half and half, dill and parsley to clam juice. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
